This structure is a good combination of excellent tensile strength and anti-clogging grinding. Non-woven abrasive belts are mostly used for the drawing processing of metal and wood. The big advantage is that the workpiece size is good, the sand grain effect is clear, the smoothness is high, and it is not easy to block the abrasive belt during the grinding process. The non-woven abrasive belt is better than ordinary abrasive belts. Durable more than ten times. 3 Notes on the use of non-woven abrasive products
⑴The meaning of common specifications
Sandpaper emery cloth is divided into many varieties and specifications according to the type of abrasive, particle size and tissue density (hardness).
Abrasives: generally corundum and silicon carbide, corundum is usually used for grinding metals, and silicon carbide is used for grinding hard and brittle materials or wood.
Particle size: The coarser the particle size, the higher the grinding efficiency, the coarser the texture of the grinding surface, the lower the finish, and the looser the corresponding network fiber structure.
The effect of tissue density on the surface quality of the processed workpiece: the texture of the high density is clearer than the low density, and the texture is not easy to be inclined or interrupted.
⑵Several parameters when using non-woven grinding wheel
The influence of the rotation speed of the grinding wheel on the processing result of the workpiece and the life of the abrasive tool: When the material of the workpiece is hard and the surface treatment effect is high, a high speed is required, but the life of the abrasive tool will be correspondingly shortened; the workpiece material is soft, select a low speed , The surface treatment result is relatively rough.
The effect of feed speed on the local lines of the workpiece: the faster the feed speed, the shorter the time for local grinding, and the fewer the number of line segments; the slower the feed speed, the longer it takes to process the local lines.
The pressure of the grinding wheel when grinding the workpiece: it is easy to burn the workpiece when the pressure is high, and the grinding wheel will change the shape; when the pressure is small, the texture of the workpiece is not clear enough and the efficiency is not high enough. Generally, the pressure of the grinding wheel of the flying wing is relatively small, and the pressure of the winding wheel is higher.
⑶Used environment
The non-woven abrasive sheet can be used in the environment of water, oil or other corrosive agents. There is no need to worry about problems such as steel ball rust and ordinary sandpaper. It can be used with a pallet or directly by hand.
