3 Instructions for using non-woven abrasive products
⑴The meaning of common specifications

Abrasives: generally corundum and silicon carbide, corundum is usually used for grinding metal, and silicon carbide is used for grinding hard and brittle materials or wood. The influence of the rotation speed of the grinding wheel on the processing result of the workpiece and the life of the abrasive tool: when the workpiece material is hard and the surface treatment effect is high, a high speed is required, but the life of the abrasive tool will be correspondingly shortened; the workpiece material is soft, select a low speed , The surface treatment result is relatively rough.
The effect of feed speed on the local lines of the workpiece: the faster the feed speed, the shorter the time for local grinding and the fewer the number of line segments; the slower the feed speed, the longer it allows to process the local lines.
The pressure of the grinding wheel when grinding the workpiece: it is easy to burn the workpiece when the pressure is high, and the grinding wheel will change the shape; when the pressure is small, the texture of the workpiece is not clear enough and the efficiency is not high enough. Generally, the pressure of the grinding wheel of the flying wing is relatively small, and the pressure of the winding wheel is higher.
⑶Used environment
